Product Applications
1) Custom Fit Foam : Create cushioning foam by injecting liquid foam directly into the carton, then placing the product inside. The foam gradually expands into a soft form, conforming freely to the shape of the item. The box can then be sealed and shipped immediately. Ideal for low-volume products with varying sizes and shapes
2) Pre-Molding : Create cushioning foam in advance by injecting liquid foam into a mold and allowing it to cure into a fixed shape. Foam pieces can be produced and stored ahead of time as needed. Ideal for high-volume products with consistent shapes
