The CYCJET ALT500UV high-resolution inkjet printer is equipped with a 10-inch color touchscreen, enabling easy, convenient, and fast message setup. The machine is constructed from stainless steel, ensuring durability and suitability for industrial environments.

It features a built-in Piezo printhead capable of printing characters up to 50 mm in height in a single line. Powered by a Samsung processor, the system delivers high operational stability. Micro Piezo technology enables ultra-high resolution printing of up to 4400 × 600 dpi. This large-character printer supports automated data printing, including:

    • Date and time
   • Logos
   • Serial numbers (running numbers)
   • Random codes
   • Barcodes and QR codes

In addition, the system offers integration capabilities to streamline processes and reduce operational errors. It supports detection and rejection systems, and can be connected to internal enterprise databases, including:

    • File retrieval (pre-created and saved print files) via scanner
   • API integration with customer databases
   • Implementation of a print quality detection system and automated rejection system
